No replies from EA support

Recently I was banned permanently from Apex's multiplayer for no reason. I sent a ticket to EA customer support and was told that an update would be sent to me via email in the next 72 hours. It has now been over a week and I am yet to hear any for of response or reply from the customer support team. I would much like to know what is going on with my account since it is very valuable and I have spent almost 1000 hours in the game, currently all for nothing.

    If you've already reached out to the Terms of Service team regarding your account that's all you would need to do for now. They'll need to review your account to determine if that ban can be overturned. Unfortunately we don't have a way to see how long that might take. They try to get back within 72 hours, but that can vary depending on how many cases they're currently working on. 

    They will follow up with you via email as soon as they can, so keep an eye out for a response. Thanks for being patient on this.

    I had suspicious activity emails come through late last year , and I reset my password through the link , and shortly after I notice i was banned for cheating, i hardly even played the game.

    I put in a ticket in december , and got no reply , and recently did another one (a week ago) and still no reply.

    Is there a way other than email that we can get in direct contact with support , as email and opening tickets dont even get a response? I would like to start playing this game now as my friends have started. i literally have like 40 kills total on my account and i hardly played so i dont understand where this ban has come from , i assume maybe someone got into my account and it showed a different IP or somthing , i have no idea.?!

    Its not use if you tried to call/mail, even ea Help Twitter they will answer : "you have to wait because they may be received many cases and do not create many cases it will delay the response service. " they are limited. 

    Some of us waited around 1-3 month and still 0replied, I investigate from my side around 600 hundred at this day got the same issue, and one streamer around 2k followers got unbanned after 6 months In march 2020 and spam 4 times to take news. I advise you to take news weekly or  monthly but you have to remember only one number case to make sure it will not increase the delay and you can try to contact live chat (US version) by choosing : Manage Account/Hacked account. 

  • The exact same thing happened to me and i requested support and its been 3 weeks has yours been resolved?

    I raised a case on 4th December under 196635558, an Advisor sent me a 6 digit code which I emailed back however have received no response since then despite chasing, my case appears to keep updating on the portal but no response or information - are you able to assist please?

    Ive been waiting for over 2 days fora simple delete my account request. I keep adding to the attachment but no luck. This company and employees are terrible. This is why gaming has been dead for a long while now. Screw EA, waste everyone's time.
