Apex Hot Drops

I just tried to purchase the ash bundle… it says server error. And each one of the items that I would get out of the bundle. It has red dots where I would have new items, but I have no new items and I can’t make the red dots go away. It did not take my Apex coins. Basically the same thing that is happening to you. I am on the PlayStation 5

Bought 1000 coins to pick up the Pirate Queen Lifeline Bundle, comes up Server Error. Rebooting, entering firing range, playing a match all does nothing to fix. I'm assuming the hot drops are bugged as I have to "open" them every time I reopen the shop. Hopefully a fix comes through as I've been waiting for this skin to be purchasable for a quite some time.

Bawmaa, Brexxan, LagMeMaybe, & Fvckatritri I haven't tried to buy a bundle myself, but assuming that since it says "server error", its something on Respawn's end.

If i had to take a guess, they most likely didn't forward something when they had switched over to the Amazon Web Servers, (which is also why you see "us-west-1" and such now, (those are the new servers)).

The annoying part is that the Hot Drops ends in 1 day and 19 hours from now, (which I'm not sure if it would be fixed before then):

The red store dot is also very annoying, (and I'm going to also assume its related to the "server error", as its suppose to clear when the player had viewed their Hot Drops).

I just hope that when Respawn does fix the Hot Drops, they decide to extend the timer so players can actually buy what they were wanting to get.

Yeah I spammed purchase about 5-6 times after each match I played and it worked eventually!  So just keep trying and it might work? Not a terribly great answer but it just decided to work for me randomly. Good luck!
