Rank reset randomly 😪

Didn’t play since yesterday, tried about an hour ago and it wouldn’t let me in saying ‘Can’t connect to EA servers’ after a while it let me back in. Went to play ranked with my friends and saw it demoted me to Rookie IV when I was in Gold II yesterday. Anyone have the same probelm?

yes, happened to my wife and I, we were both gold now we are rookie, both of us had the login issue as well. She plays on ps5 and I play on the PC client...

Same thing has happened to me. I was in plat 4 yesterday, almost at play 3. Came back on today and am in Gold 1. Any idea how to contact EA over it?
