Rank reset unexpectedly
I was struggling to log in. Then when I finally got in my rank was reset from plat to rookie. My friends that I usually play with are still plat. Any fix for this?

Same thing just happened to me, struggled to log in and when I finally did my rank was reset from plat to rookie, I am on pc tho.
