Re: This profile is not permitted to play online (Apex Legends PS4)

I downloaded apex legends on my ps4, but it says "your account is not permitted to play online" but I have ps plus and the account is over 18.

I think I need to link my ps4 with ea but there's no way on AL to link it because it isn't prompting me. 

What do I do?
