Recolor Store Crafting Material Currency Bug

I was purchasing recolors on this weeks updated store, like I do every week to get rid of my red legend tokens. However, when I purchased the Vantage skin: Elite Exodus, it removed 10,500 crafting materials instead of legend tokens. This is clearly a bug because recolors have never costed crafting and there’s never been a skin in the game that’s cost 10.5k crafting . If this is fixed, will I get my crafting back? I’ve spent so much time playing this game and to have 10.5k crafting ripped away from me is very cruel.

I play on PS5 if that matters

    Holy! I thought that I was the only who got this bug! I had the exact same scenario. I purchased the recolor Vantage Skin (the green one) and then I was surprised when I saw that I lost 10,500 crafting metals from my inventory. I raised this with EA Support but they replied that they can't help me with this and just accept that I lost it. 

    Feels bad. I was saving up those metals only to lose it from some random bug. I play on PC.

    Hope that they can address this and help us.

    I've never seen a recolor cost Crafting Materials before and it clearly looks like a bug when other Legendries that do take Crafting Materials don't even cost that much themselves.

    I hope people who bought the skin can get their Crafting Materials refunded since I'm pretty sure it was suppose to take Legend Tokens.

    Same thing happened to me, they said they weren’t able to refund ingame currency but they can certainly go in and take them away from accounts that do illegal methods of obtaining currency or exploits.
