Regarding the major issue of my Apex game account being wrongly banned
My name is [Edit] and I'm a Chinese player. I'm really fond of the game Apex and cherish my account very much. Due to the nature of my work, I haven't played for about a month. Recently, after the game was updated, I learned from video websites that some of my favorite powerful weapons were back, so I wanted to give it a try. However, after just playing one 12 - player battle and taking a short rest in the waiting lobby, I received a notice that my game account was banned, which made me quite annoyed. So, I searched everywhere online for solutions and finally sent this email to your official team. I sincerely hope that the official team can handle this issue as soon as possible. Here, I'd like to mention that although my game account doesn't have all those fancy heirlooms and prop skins like professional players, I still treasure it a great deal. I've painstakingly built it up bit by bit. I hope the official side can give me an explanation as to why my game account was banned. My in - game ID is MainGod.
