apex legends crashing just after drop ship

Good day,

No errors found and i have tried this before and it has had no effect.

Apex is the only game i have had issues with.

The game will not close completely and remains as a background process that cannot be closed.

The PC will not shutdown and needs to be hard shutdown.

I had no changes to the PC and it just failed since around 4 days ago.

I am not sure what to do now?

Please assist as this problem is really becoming a problem.

Seems like my problem is back again. Had one day of playing and the freezing starts again. This is really a daunting task to try and repair this game. Can the developers sort out a fix please. Thanks

Hey @Ja3bo from your post, was it working without issue for a time, and then the issue began again?

Did anything change on your system before or during this time?

Hi Darko,

After BIOS update it worked fine.

Switched PC off.

Next day switched on and the problem was back.

Pretty much it.

It certainly sounds like something on your system is causing the issue @Ja3bo.

Can you try a new Window's Admin account to see if you see the same issue?
