Removing the Automated Response After Several Attempts
I don’t understand why no one in this great company understands the situation of players who have been permanently banned due to a minor dispute between players. The first player uses the microphone and is considered "innocent," while the second player, who responds via chat, is deemed "guilty and bad." This issue has repeated multiple times without any real solution, with the company simply resorting to banning the player who uses the chat and not addressing the one using the microphone.
What I want to point out, after eight months of my main account being banned, is that it’s extremely frustrating to rely on automated responses that merely state they’ve made a final decision and no one can help. Honestly, if you truly want justice, everyone should be treated equally. At the very least, remove the automated replies. We are human, we make mistakes, and I’m not saying my actions were entirely justified, but you should review such cases and give players a chance to improve their behavior. Isn’t an eight-month ban enough punishment? I don’t know what to do to recover my main account. This situation is honestly more frustrating than just reading about it. Thank you for your understanding. I don’t expect a positive response here, but I hope my message reaches those responsible for handling such cases.
