Stuck in Matchmaking- Cannot get into ANY match
To Whom it may Concern,
Since Yesterday, for about the last 24 hours I got in one match and since then have been stuck in the matching que with 3-6 total people trying to get into a game. I switched between duos, trios, ranked or arena; they all just sit and spin and never load in. I also cannot see the store loading in for any items. I have tried to switch the servers to other ones near me, no dice. I rebooted my modem and router, no effect. I have a 1GB/1GB connection and my other multiplayer games work fine, and hardware is top of the line. This is the first time I have had this bad of issue trying to play Apex, and I don't know what to do to fix it. Please help!

Right @Kevinsk1r, I was just making sure you weren't using a VPN separately, thanks for clarifying.
Which location do you normally connect to on the initial login screen?
As you're mentioning not even seeing Control again (it is back for the current event) or loading the store, this is sounding like you may be stuck on an older version of the client perhaps.
I'd try clearing your cache with these steps to see if that picks up any additional updates that may have been missed earlier.
That has steps for both Origin and the EA app, though if those don't do the trick the next thing to try would be that full reinstallation. In Origin you're able to right-click the game tile to run the repair tool, though this isn't available in the EA app currently and you're left with the full uninstall/reinstall at the moment.
