Problem with EAC

Hi, could you please update your anti-cheat system? The last time I played was a least a few weeks ago, and not since I had more time I wanted to play again but I got welcomed by a screen with a message that my account had been banned. Apparently, you'll get an email with that information which I did not receive also when I checked my ban history on Apex there is no reason why I got banned. Additionally when I tried to contact support with a few different approaches the only response I got was a generic automated message that I apparently broke TOS. So unless somebody reported me for unknown reasons, somebody hacked my account during the time I was busy and wasn't able to play or anti-cheat detected WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux) which is a Windows feature mostly developed for software developers. So if I got banned because the EAC detected WSL as Linux which would be problematic, but since EAC now treats Linux as cheating this is the only way I see I could get banned. If that's true then there seems to be an issue with the anti-cheat so please fix it. Is there even a way for me to prove that I did not cheat? I strongly believe that I did not cheat to please Apex team take a look at this because I want to play again Apex on my account instead of creating a new one because of EAC's mistake
