Stuttering issues after genesis update

they won't fix it, they can't, people look for solutions on their own, support and developers do nothing about it or pretend that nothing is happening, I have been struggling with stuttering since season 7, I note that another game, apart from Apex Stutter Legends, is great , recently they promised to fix the stuttering problem, there was a twitter post about it and what? you can guess the rest for yourself ..., let me cut it short and since a lot of people have this problem and nobody can help, you have to thank only the developers and support that they cannot take care of the players.

Completely agree,I also read on another forum few days ago where a worker at Respawn actually acknowledged that there are stuttering/performance issues with the game & was praised for admitting so by members for being honest with people & tbh that's all we really want, not being palmed off that with 'there is nothing wrong with the game the fault lies at your end' guff.I've literally come across hundreds of players across various sites claiming to have various performance related issues affecting their game & if so are hundreds even thousands of us all playing on such bad internet literally all the time? I seriously doubt it.The funny thing about the hack several days ago was due to the outrage & coverage shown across various social media sites forced Respawn to respond so quickly & yet us players (& there are loads of us)who have experienced performance issues for weeks/months hasn't had the same coverage on social media seems to be why we are largely ignored.time & time.again.
Whilst I deleted the game several days ago for the foreseeable or at least until I hear these issues are resolved I still regularly visit various forums,performance center sites etc to find out information & the general consensus I see is a lot of frustration,anger & disappointment with the game at present but no acknowledgement,answers or solutions to the problems just a deathly silence.from Respawn.
