the heirloom shards that i never get

hello im making it quick this is about my heirloom shards that i can never get them i dont even know why

my console and pc account has the same name and same account im guessing that might be the problem about it and its just a guess... since i dont recieve any twitch prime skins because of it.

so this psn account is over 1500 level, s0 account, before level 500 limit got extra packs aswell from level limit beign removed, i have completed all battle passes, bought packs with coins spent some money, completed almost all the events that includes apex packs as rewards, and completed all the seasonly treasure packs, i now have over 150 legendary skins with a lot of epic/rare/common skins which includes battle pass skins free event skins and edition skins

the thing im saying is i would appreciate if you could check my profile stats if itts correct that i am above 500 packs and its bugged or what i will be waiting for a reply from the support team
