The reward for purchasing the ultimate pass has not been issued yet

   I purchased the Ultimate Pass on February 2nd and reached level 80 on February 6th (all rewards can be obtained at level 60), but after reaching full level, all rewards for the Ultimate Pass from 1 to 60 were not issued. Looking for EA customer service cannot solve the problem. I hope you can help me.
   Below are screenshots of the game and the order. The game account is this account, please compensate me for the rewards I deserve.  

  You can see that it is currently level 80, but you have not yet obtained the ultimate evolution skin, and you cannot purchase battle passes in the game anymore.

    EA customer service said they don't have permission to add items for me. If you find out the reason, I hope you can directly send the items that were not obtained to my account.
