I’d like to know why there’s continuous lag/stutter and rubber banding on Xbox one with apex. This has been going on for a long time. My internet and router are fine, I’ve made sure upnp is on I’ve even done port forwarding for everything, cleared alternate MAC address. On a server with 18-23 ping and 0 packet loss this shouldnt be happening let alone with my connection. Since season 5 this has been going on and it’s only apex, no other game has this issue. It’s extremely frustrating

Same I have had this problem for the longest and it's every frustrating. I really believe it's the servers because I have tried many things and even things of my own to fix it but It will always stutter in game every 5 seconds or so.

Hi there, @EX_Crspy1605. I'll try to help with this. First, are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, has it been a while since you power cycled your equipment? If so, try doing it now with these steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I’ve also worked with updating dns in my router and on the Xbox as well to no avail

Instructions are here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic. You'll need to run this on the same wired connection you play on.

I'll try to help with this. First, are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, has it been a while since you power cycled your equipment? If so, try doing it now with these steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely.
