Can't access PASSES tab

It's been a while since I've been able to get into the passes tab. I figured out a workaround by the news then accessing from there but now it's gone. I don't know if any of you guys have got the same problem as me. I think it has something to do with spotlight passes, since I got one the passes tab has been buggy.
