Bug ranked matchmaking
My gamertag is Mouthah, I play on ps5,
Im in Diamond 3, 5 point away from Diamond 2, and I got teamed with a platine 1 and 2? How is that even possible? Of course I lost point and they left me for dead. Didn’t even try to help.
I want my point back. This is so unfair. You’re matchmaking system is already a problem by itself but now you pack people that are not from the same level? I want my point back. I’m a damn loyal customer, but this is too much. You’re screwing your own game by doing this, making people fustrated and leave. This is bad for you and bad for us. Do something please. This happen way to often.

Vous pouvez parler français ici, vous êtes sur les forums français.
Concernant le matchmaking, vous avez plus de chance de jouer avec des gens de votre niveau mais ça ne le garanti pas forcément car si au moment de rechercher vous ne trouvez pas de joueurs de division similaire, il se peut que vous trouvez des joueurs de divisions en dessous.

J'espère qu'il y aura des améliorations à venir lors des prochains patchs. 🤞
