Crash report handler error

Bonjour,

Je ne peut pas lancer mon jeux apex.

Le premier problème a été un problème avec direct x ( j'ai pu le réparer ) mais depuis cette réparation un autre problème est apparu un onglet "crash report handler" s'affiche au lancement avec un message :

Dumping started...
Dumping finished. File:
C:\Users\***my name***\AppData\Local\Temp\PACKER_511140_3172.dmp
Uploading started...
Upload finished (HTTP code: 200).
Finished.

Ce la fait 4 jours que je suis sur ce problème et j'ai essayer toutes les solutions trouvé sur votre forum ainsi que sur youtube reddit etc etc ... auriez vous une idée ?

Je met en copie mon dx diag 

J'aime vraiment beaucoup ce jeu et cela m'attriste de ne pas pouvoir y jouer ....

I am unable to launch my game, Apex.

The first issue was related to DirectX (which I was able to fix), but after that, a new problem has appeared. When I try to launch the game, a "Crash Report Handler" window pops up with the following message:

I've been dealing with this issue for four days now and have tried every solution I could find on your forum, as well as on YouTube, Reddit, etc. Do you have any suggestions?

I really love this game, and it saddens me not to be able to play it...
