missing heirloom
hi, my wraith heirloom is gone from my account. it shows that i own it, but there is no button to equip it. it is gone for days now. pls help

Welkom op de Nederlandse forums! Heb je al geprobeerd om het spel te repareren via je launcher (Steam of de EA app)? Hoe lang ongeveer heb je hier last van trouwens, als je dat nog weet?- @EA_QueenBee i just tried to repair the game via steam, but everything is good. it has been gone for more then i week. i have 2 cases now in the EA Help: Official Support, but nobody has responded. i don't know what to do. pls help and ty for responding
