The coins I purchased on the Steam platform have not been credited to my account

I'm very happy to see your reply. I have already submitted your solution twice in EA Help, but no one has replied to me. I just logged into my account, but the coins still haven't been credited. I was really looking forward to this Apex event, but I didn't expect this to happen to me. I also couldn't contact the online customer service. I had no choice but to post on the forum for help
