CROSS PROGRESION XBOX ACCOUNT TO STEAM ACCOUNT

Hello! I just found out that apexfinally got a cross progression, and i cant find anywhere hot to do that. i had my account on XBOX that i played on for past 2 years and now that i got a pc i wanted to got accoutn form xbox to a steam account ( PC) so anyone know how to do that?  I would be gratefull
