Permanent ban for COMPETITIVE_ADVANTAGE — three appeals exhausted

Hello,

I'm posting publicly because I have exhausted EA's internal appeal process and would like to ask a Community Manager to look at my case. I am not asking for the specific detection signature — I understand that has to stay confidential. I am asking only for confirmation that a human reviewer with anti-cheat context has actually examined my full account history, not just the single banned session.

**Account context (verified from EA DSAR Request-2816722 and Request-2817803):**

- Account created: 2011-02-21 (15 years continuous activity)

- 7 personas across Steam, EA app, Epic, Amazon

- 1580 logged anti-cheat sessions, all from a single Polish IP range, no geographic anomalies

- Prior penalty history: one 7-day suspension in 2022 for Disruptive Conduct (served, expired, unrelated to cheating)

- Ongoing Battle Pass and Apex Coin purchases through 2026

**The ban:**

- Date: 2026-05-10

- Reason in penaltyHistory: COMPETITIVE_ADVANTAGE

- Anti-cheat ban entry: 10:04:30 UTC (mid-session, 09:59:57 → 10:08:38)

- Penalty sync: 10:05:07 UTC

- No gameplay changes versus the previous 1579 sessions over years of play

**Process so far:**

1. Three appeals through EA Help — identical automated rejections, each within hours

2. Submitted a Data Subject Access Request — received the standard data package; confirmed account history but no detection details (as expected)

3. Third appeal submitted with concrete timestamps, DSAR references, and a system audit identifying potential EAC conflict sources I am prepared to remove (Chrome Remote Desktop Host, Oracle VirtualBox, Stream Dock AJAZZ companion — none active during the banned session)

4. Response received from EA's Data Protection Officer confirming the standard position: detection details are protected, appeals were reviewed, decision upheld

**What I have preserved and can provide on request:**

- Full EAC logs from AppData\Roaming\EasyAntiCheat covering the banned session

- Complete installed-software inventory (Get-WmiObject output)

- Windows Event Viewer entries from the relevant timeframe

- DSAR JSON files from both requests

- System hardware specifications

**What I am asking for:**

A Community Manager review to confirm one specific thing: that the human review described in the DPO letter actually cross-referenced my session against the 15-year, 1580-session history — not just the single flagged session in isolation. If that has happened and the conclusion stands, I will accept it. I am not asking to bypass the anti-cheat system; I am asking for the proportionality check that EA's own DPO letter says exists.

I fully understand a public forum post is not a substitute for the formal appeal process and that the anti-cheat team's decisions are not made here. I'm posting because the formal process has produced only templated responses, and a long-term, paying, clean-history account deserves at least the assurance that a human with context looked at it.

If any moderator or EA staff can confirm whether escalation is possible from this point, or advise on the correct next step, I would be very grateful.

To other players reading this with similar cases: the EA Data Subject Access Request (submitted via your account privacy settings) gives you concrete timestamps and history you can cite in appeals. It will not contain detection details, and shouldn't — but it documents your account legitimacy.

Thank you for reading.
