WHY CANT I BUY THE LAST PACK!!

 i had one pack left to complete the epyon heat rod event, i claimed the free saber pack after the store reset today and now it has counted that saber pack toward my epyon heat prod progression and says event completed but i have not received the heirloom and the deathbox

    I have the same problem, and it seems a bunch of other people have too. I really hope they address this, im gonna be really upset if they just ignore it. PS4 btw
