A bug with with a challenge (marking 5 different enemies).

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing an issue in Apex Legends. The challenge required to unlock Ranked mode (marking 5 different enemies) is not tracking at all.

The progress stays at 0, even after I clearly mark enemies during Battle Royale matches. I make sure to:

• Play in regular BR (Trios/Duos)
• Mark live enemies directly with the red “Enemy” ping
• Finish the match without leaving early

Despite this, the challenge does not register even a single marked enemy.

I have already tried restarting the game and playing multiple matches, but the issue persists.

Could you please check my account and help resolve this problem?
