Permanently Banned for Gameplay Enhancement – Request for Manual Review
Hello everyone,
I am writing this post because I honestly don't know what else I can do to resolve this situation.
On October 29, 2026, my Apex Legends account received a permanent ban for "Gameplay Enhancement." I was extremely shocked when I received this notification because I have never used cheats, scripts, macros, or any third-party software intended to gain an unfair advantage.
I have been playing Apex Legends since 2020. This game has been a big part of my gaming experience for years. I have invested a lot of time, effort, and money into it, and I genuinely love this game.
I have already contacted EA Help and submitted an appeal, explaining my situation. However, I am still hoping that someone from the Apex Legends team or EA's security team can take another look at my case.
I respectfully ask for a manual review of my account and the evidence that led to this ban. I am concerned that this could potentially be a false positive or an issue with the anti-cheat detection system.
I fully understand how important fair play and anti-cheat protection are for the community. I support keeping Apex Legends free from cheaters, but I also believe that legitimate players should have an opportunity to have their cases properly reviewed.
I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking for a fair investigation and a chance to understand what happened.
Please, EA and Respawn, take another look at my case. I genuinely want to return to Apex Legends.
