Wrongful Ban: False Positive due to relocation
Hello EA Support Team,
I am writing to appeal a ban on my account regarding "account purchase/sale." I believe this is a misunderstanding triggered by my recent relocation and account updates.
1 Regarding the location change:
I recently moved from Russia to Kazakhstan to live with my family (my brother) for the holidays and foreseeable future. Since I could not bring my own PC with me, I am currently logging in and playing from my brother’s computer. This explains the sudden change in IP address and Hardware ID. I assure you, I am the original owner playing from a new location.
2 Regarding the account details:
I honestly didn't know that my email situation could be flagged as an EA rules violation. The truth is, besides EA, I had other games connected to that email address. Because of the move and some access issues, I had to update my information to secure my account. It was not an act of selling or buying, just necessary maintenance.
Please review the logs manually. I have put a lot of effort into this account and would never risk losing it.
