[PC] Crash BF2042 retour Windows sans message d'erreur - DxDiag fourni

Salut,

J'ai fait une mise à jour de ma carte graphique aujourd'hui (RTX 2080 SUPER) and maintenant BF2042 crash en jeu. Le problème arrive après 3 min de jeu sur un serveur Portal. Ca revient sur le bureau Windows 10, je n'ai aucun message d'erreur !

J'ai remis à jour manuellement la carte graphique, j'ai réparé le jeu via Origin et j'ai effacé le cache d'Origin. Aucun résultat !

    Bonjour,

    Je viens de tester ça et ça fonctionne pour moi !

    Pre download DDU software https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download/
    Pre download youre GPU driver https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/

    Boot youre system into SAFE MODE.
    Press the Windows key + I on the keyboard to open Settings.
    If that does not work, click Start and then select Settings.
    Click Update & Security, and on the left pane select Recovery.
    Under Advanced Startup, click Restart Now.
    After the computer restarts, on the Choose an Option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart.
    After the computer restarts, a list of options appears. Select 4 or F4 to start the computer in Safe Mode. If you must use the Internet, select 5 or F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.

    As soon ya pc / windows is in safe mode , run the DDU software tool.
    And uninstall ALL NVIDIA software.
    When all is uninstalled , reboot system , it will start in normal mode (WITHOUT INTERNET CONNECTION).

    Now install the GPU driver ya pre downloaded.
    When driver is installed , shutdown system.
    Connect internet , and now startup system and test game.

    @bond7070 Malheureusement tout comme toi mais en conquete normal .
    que disent les erreurs dans le journal d'événement de windows ? Anticheat en cause aussi ? Erreur 115 ?

    @-BoK-R3fract0r alors je ne sais pas si c'est ici qu'il faut regarder mais à l'heure du plantage j'ai cette erreur. Voir capture en PJ.

    oui j'ai exactement pareil sans raison alors que depuis Lundi je jouais sans aucuns soucis .

    j'ai le même message dans le journal d'événement

    Les informations suivantes étaient incluses avec l’événement :

    EAAntiCheatService
    ExitType: 115 (254)

    Le service EAAntiCheatService s’est arrêté avec l’erreur :
    %%4294901875

    et je n'ai rien modifié sur le pc uniquement MAJ Windows et Nvidia.

    @Ectar ça n'a pas d'effet positif au contraire ça me coupe même le jeu dans le lobby de groupe avant même de lancer une partie
