128 player ground superiority only populates around 60 bots
i have a 128 player 24 versus 103 player ground superiority and it doesnt populate over 12 players on one side and 50ish on the other side. im on ps5. its pvp ai.
even if i have a continual event that makes every spawned player one team im still capped out based on the map. its probably a map based AI limit.
