Which Tier 1 items are you working on?
Hi there, players! 🙌 Unlocking a Tier 1 skin for a Specialist, Vehicle or Gun is of course quite an achievement. An achievement that should be shared and celebrated! That is why we made this thread, so that we can share and celebrate these great achievements with each other, and so that we can share tips & tricks for unlocking the Tier 1 skins as optimally as possible! For example, Tips & Tricks can be about the best Game Modes, Maps and/or ways of playing to make the best possible progress! With the Player Base rapidly shrinking I think it is even more important now that they reduce the number of players needed to start a round. I notice that they actually increased the number of players needed to start World Tour (Official Portal Mode). It was always a one player start (like most of the OPM's) but they raised it to 4 which seems strange. How do you guys feel, would you be happy with one player starts in all modes. ?
Deluxe Domination, missing skins, EA help being useless.
bought the deluxe domination bundle, im missing the GVT, Rail Rifle tank, and Sniper rifle skin listed in the bundle. Ive chalked up the tank and sniper skin being missing because im not high enough level for one, and havent unlocked the other, thats fine. However the gvt i have all requirements and its still not even selectable. (screenshots attached) EA help has said that MAYBE, if enough people complain about this, then theyll fix something with a patch or directly award the skin to my account (i dont know why they wont do this in the first place) For proof, i have taken screenshots of the discussion, the skin selections in game, (where im wearing the player banner and midas title, as well as the weapon charm, only obtainable from the same bundle the weapon skin was supposed to be in) and a screenshot of a youtuber reviewing the bundle so you can both see the Onyx Rumbler skin, and the other items PROMISED WITH THE BUNDLE, that are missing, just incase EA tries to say that these items never came with what i purchased or something. EA has also said that even though i bought fkn air at this point, i wont get a refund or my points back. The EA help asked me to post here in the forums, as they contact their "Research team" to see if there was a solution. not 5 minutes later the case was closed and tagged with "No Fix" Real fkn helpful EA. and you wonder why youre voted worst company in america, while scamming people.
War Machine Rush
There is an increase in new players in BF2042. This is a chance for new players to learn how to navigate the map. It's a good opportunity to know how to use the whole map effectively, not just fight in the center. Everyone has a different playstyle, but everyone wants to end the game victorious. It would be even better if the loading screen tips also mentioned the dangers of friendly fire and losing tickets. This game mode is a great way for beginners to learn how to play. I hope it becomes a permanent mode. Thanks for a great game!
Add a server browser
DICE, please add a server browser. I cannot find matches in my region(India). I am just stuck on the waiting for players screen and the match never starts or there are only 20-30 players in a match. Please keep in mind this is the case even when crossplay is on. I want to play on EU servers but can’t do it unless a server browser is implemented. Please consider this request as you are already implementing some missing features from previous battlefield’s according to today’s details. Unless a server browser is implemented I cannot play BF2042.
