I wonder if it is possible to do so you only can spawn form the main base.
but I am not very good with the Rule Editor in battlefield portal, wonder is there is a kind soul here who want to help me with this? please

I would suggest posting this on the Portal subReddit. There is a fairly active group on there discussing various aspect of Portal and a few helping each other with the Rules Editor:

yup i did, i didnt know there were a reddit for this kinda topic, so i ended up here first.
i could be wrong but isn't the rules editor only available in the modes with the wrench symbol, so TDM, Vehicle TDM and FFA

No, you're right. The Rules Editor is only available for TDM and FFA. ......not Rush and Conquest game modes in Portal.
...so @acord422 , if that's what you meant, you need to take note of what @Matty101yttam is saying here because its simply not possible to use the Rules Editor in that case.

I was playing around in TDM and thankfully, bots works.
there is no way to get fixed spawn locations on TDM?
(I was on Conquest first, didn’t know that rule editor didn’t worked there)
