The most immediate change is that the Liz missiles should not be less agile than the helicopters they are meant for.
Smaller things have less inertia thus can be more agile. The missiles are much smaller than the helicopters

No the most immediate change is that they shouldn't be able to fend off jets. Just as infantry are prey for stealth helis, stealth helis should be prey for jets. But they AREN'T. Because unlike how infantry have very few tools to deal with and evade stealth helis, stealth helis have a million tools to deal with and evade jets. Shoot back at them with their absurdly powerful guns(which outrange lockon), flares, stealth, or just fly up/away from it and laugh as it misses. Or just tank it and laugh because jet a2a missiles do laughable damage against what they're supposed to counter.
It's honestly so goddamn sad that most of the time the best you can hope for in a jet is to keep a stealth heli so focused on dealing with you that it leaves your infantry alone. Because you generally can't actually fing kill it.

We need the SOFLAM to paint the stealth heli even in stealth mode.
SOFLAM needs more uses.

Speaking as a pilot here - no - the Lis rockets are already powerful enough as it is. There are no limits on how many can pick her - while there is only one chopper slot per team. It's hard enough trying to dodge 3-4 Lis rockets while avoiding lock on from 360 degrees. If you fly low the risk of getting hit by Lis rockets are much higher. If you fly high you will get locked by SOFLAM or AA. You really have to skirt the edges of the map to keep alive. All of this is not even considering other air vehicles.
So before you guys ask for these "buffs" or "nerfs" please consider that there are more than just one variable. It sounds to me like you want each individual gadget to be more powerful, when they already are powerful enough if combined. You just need to teamwork to pull it off. If SOFLAM could lock onto stealth it would ruin stealth choppers completely, as one M5 launcher is enough to blow it out of the sky.

No that's wrong. Lis rockets are too visible, slow and you can even destroy them easily. I never get shot once by a Lis rocket.

That again, I strongly disagree ! Even when locked on, M5 are so slow you can easily dodge them by hiding behind anything. If there more than 3-4 guys coordinates to shot you down, I think it should be impossible for ANY pilot to stay on the Battlefield. Now, even if the entire team is focused on the stealth heli a good pilot can still manage to make a lot of kills.

either of these would fix the problem:
1) make stealth helos choose EITHER stealth or flares but not both
2) remove weapons while in stealth mode

EVK90 neutralizes the stealth helos just fine. Then they just have to fix the issue of the EMKV90 shots bouncing off targets.
