2042 UI menus/switching up loadouts is the most intuitive system imaginable

Played BF4 again recently and I was amazed at how 

fats  easy it was to swap weapons, classes and gadgets. 

Something that takes me 2 or 3 clicks in BF4 takes 5 to 8 clicks on various controller inputs in BF6. It’s so unintuitive and so confusing I want to rip out my eyeballs it’s so unnecessarily frustrating and enraging .
