Imagine this list existing in the game Oh God
Good list and a tad depressing to read.
It happens often that a title starts on the pc and is a success. Then the developer moves on and focuses more on consoles. And im not saying that Console players are stupid or whatever, But for some reason companies water down their game to appeal to a wider audience. Ive been playing PC games since the 386 (yes, im older lol) and as soon as i boot up the beta and saw the GUI i knew this game was consolized. The Match making only proves my point.
Im hoping that we will get some of those things back but im not holding my breath. Some of these basic elements really shouldn't be too hard to add.
And im glad to see "lack of levelution" on your list because im one of those who LOVED these events. What's worse, over a year ago Dice teased with a rough physics animation of a entire skyscraper collapsing in real fashion. Really, the only map that has an event is Orbital. Weather FX are nice but they dont change the map at all. Which is a shame. Example: Hourglass. The map is clean and after the sandstorm, the map would look like it does now. I really miss that in a way, Dice really under delivered. They also claimed a year ago "2042 has the most destruction yet". So yeah, all of these things or the lack thereof, really bum me out too.

Just going to quickly chime in on this as somebody who has the game on both PC and console and say that the UI is no easier to navigate on console, in fact its considerably harder.
I don't think matchmaking has anything to do with consoles either, matchmaking always worked the same on PC and console in previous battlefields, DICE's choice to remove the server browser is just baffling.
The UI really is truly abysmal though, especially the spawn screen on console, I have to physically wrestle the damn thing every time I want to spawn, and sometimes I just outright cannot select a spawn area because the UI doesn't play well with controller inputs.
I love the game, but its hard to ignore the fact that it really falls short in comparison to its predecessors, which is embarrassing.
