sounds fishy if they aren't playing in a helo. how do you know they have that many kills on foot?
@Psubond I watched them, while they were killing me, of course. And its every game I see them in. One just doesnt leisurely grab a heli and go farming.

Try and check out those player's location, as bet they are from far out of region. This causes the hit registration to be lost entirely and such players becoming total bullet sponges. As long as they keep moving (also on foot) nothing stick to them when you shoot at where they appear to be located in the game, because their lag causes the server to consider them being somewhere else when resolving the hit registration between the warring soldiers in the game.
Btw, regarding your first post and remark: There is no aim assist in this game for the console players. So that is not it. But as some other posters notes, some players may succeed using scriptfiles/macros to negate the weapon recoils. And yes, this is direct cheating per the rules defined by EA/DICE and such players would be permanently banned if EA/DICE engage to confirm such cheating.
