On last couple of weeks I've seen a lot of people complaining on chat, of the usage of hack by other side and generating a match full of hate, racism and trash talk.
As result the side that is losing have a lot of players leaving. Unbalancing once for all the match.
The report function works against some kind of abusive text?
How you feel, handle and keep playing?
@JafritoI barely see any hate. And since it's optional, if you, players have enabled it, means they want it. Now it's more about mental choice.
Your "means they want" was not necessary, if you simply thinks " Maybe person don't wanna suffer racism in the game"
Living on Brazil, my matches in 90% has brazilian and latin players. Maybe 4 in 10 matches has someone calling other as "monkey" and their language variations as "mono" and "macaco", sometime another player call me that words on voice chat.
On others sports like soccer, basketball and volleyball it happens frequently.
I'm trying to open a healthy discussion about that, and not promove a witch hunt against players.
If this topic is not welcome, forum admin can just close it.
@JafritoNo, I don't mean to be mean mean, I'm saying that all chat can always be turned off. Also when it came, players needed to activate it, by activating it players mentally sign to good and hate behaving (knowing that probably toxicity will be there) . If someone gets picked and doesn't like it, there is always option to turn it off.
It's unfortunate that has been the experience for you, overall for myself it seems to be a positive addition to the game.
I would say grab screenshots and report them in-game or if its just too much you can always opt out of it as others have said.

Set it to 'Team' or 'Squad'

Apparently it's not happening in all regions. I always report the abusive chat in game.
I'll start raising a formal report on site too. I'm happy that people understood the main point here.
@Jafrito I've never seen any kind of hate speech in my region's All Chat or Team Chat so I can't comment on this.
What I will say, is that the ability to mute players and view player's profiles from the player list should be way, way easier. Doing so involves going to the same page where you can change squads which is grossly under done and has the worst UI in the game.
