access code lost
I just received an access code for open beta (because I pre-ordered bf 2042). I went ahead and redeemed the code in Origin and also confirmed my email account. After that Origin did not load the game in my list. I restarted Origin, even rebooted my computer but it does not show the game.
I tried redeeming again but now it shows the code is already being used. Any suggestions that can help me recover the open beta game I just redeemed?

Side note: I also contacted EA support and I was so unhappy with the support I received that I went ahead and cancelled my preorder for BF 2042.
Hey @EpicElement2 you should be good to go now that you redeemed your code - Pre load starts on the 5th so that's when people will notice changes to their library/game tiles.
