Add a server browser
DICE, please add a server browser. I cannot find matches in my region(India). I am just stuck on the waiting for players screen and the match never starts or there are only 20-30 players in a match. ...

Persistent servers and a server browser are sorely needed.
Has a single CM or Dev responded or said anything about this yet?

No response yet, but the concrete proposal where I am asking feedback to directly was posted today. And even if we are around here at the weekend, I don't think it would be reasonable to expect the Dice CMs to do the same. I understand that they want to have the weekend off as well. So, I don't see an issue if we have to wait for a reply until early next week.
But then I expect a response. If there is none, we know that they do not care. I keep repeating this, I know, but it is such an easy thing to implement for them (and they did that with rush several times) that anything other than bringing this soon would be an admission that they do not care.

Exactly, DICE should implement the above @DuaneDibbley proposal asap as it is something they should be able to do relatively easily.

They should also make sure they take whatever steps are necessary to ensure that all you guys who currently are unable to join matches get sorted.
Then further down the line implement the full blown Server Browser / Persistent servers we were used to in previous battlefields.
That should hopefully keep everyone happy, I know I definitely would be. 😃
