DICE, please add a server browser. I cannot find matches in my region(India). I am just stuck on the waiting for players screen and the match never starts or there are only 20-30 players in a match. ...

@Adamonic Yep just one of the many reasons to add to the ever growing list of why the current MM needs replacing.
@RayD_O1 it's crazy that a game released in late 2021 would launch without a server browser for its main game mode.
Ending up on a server with a 200 ping is deflating because I know the game is going to play like crap.

You queue in a lobby to play on an unknown server with unknown ping and as often as not join near an end of round and get dumped back to the lobby to start it all again.
A lot of the times you get put in the same map over and over and so it goes on.............................
DICE sort out this total mess and bin off MM before the game dies completely.

Agree with this. We need an answer. No reason why one cannot be given.
Server browser/perpetual servers and squads should have been fixed months ago.
The most frustrating thing is there is already a server browser in the game - it is in portal.
DICE/EA this is just beyond a joke now.- @Ai-Fluffy I wanna hear their rationale for not implementing the server browser/persistent lobbies and completely ignoring the topic overall.
It is easily the #1 discussed topic as of late and we've got nothing but radio silence from the developers and community managers...

The EA Community Manager, Kevin Johnson, on twitter said this on persistent servers and server browser:
"Not talked about a whole lot within the community but 100% something we hear and feel. I personally cannot share anything, but know that this has been heard by the team."
Not talked about a whole lot. Just so you know your thread(s) (both) on MM/Server browser have the most posts and the most desires for the feature of any other post on the 2042 general chat. I think this one is almost at 300? Just wanted to make sure you knew that, its apparently "not talked about a whole lot within the community". That was on March 17th.
- @M0istGamer you have to remember that the forums make a small portion of the community. the vast majority of players most likely do not know these forums exist or they don't care.

The vast majority of players as you mentioned, are giving feedback on steam forums, since there arent any on Origin (afaik). And that's being ignored. So where else I ask? Even if there is an "else". To call it not widely discussed when it has almost 300 replies when the next most populous thread has... 26? I mean what are you even debating here good sir.
- @M0istGamer i am saying that just like with other games there is a minority that talks about the game and a majority that just plays the game. DICE is well known for cherrypicking the feedback they address at the nest of times. i want a server browser as much as the next dude with persistent lobbies and all the fun stuff but my guess is DICE ran the numbers and it will take to much time and money to implement so they will act like its not that big of a deal and can skim by for 2042 and i garantee in the next game they will advertise a server browser like the 2nd coming of christ, christmas, eastern and your birthday all at the same time....

Yes this was posted on another thread a couple of days ago.
All I can say if it's something they 100% hear and feel then they should 100% get on with fixing it.
EA/DICE promotes this forum in almost every communication as the primary means of communication to the team. Just replying to Streamers on Twitter is not it. Half the streamers are not very good and don't necessarily speak on behalf of the community.

Most of the forum threads in the past two months are about how match making sucks, it takes too long to get into a game, map rotation is stuffed and adding server browser would fix all these issues.
Hell the most monthly xp on these forums is given by other users to RayD_01 for being persistent with asking for a server browser.
It's basically the only thing RayD_01 asks for and people rightly upvote his comments / threads because pretty much everyone is begging for a server browser.

Next they will be telling us "we've listened to all the feedback, and we are adding more end of round voice lines, and some will be 10 minutes long; we've got Angel giving a recipe for a really good stew. Also we are getting rid of conquest and breakthrough, now you can choose between Hazard Zone and portal, we have also removed all xp from portal and the server browser from portal. Also we've sent you a picture of some feces".

Haha indeed, I wish I had a pound / dollar for every time I have typed Server Browser and there are many other good guys supporting the threads who would be very rich too.!
Seriously though as you say people are literally screaming out for a Server Browser (another £ / $) and I can't imagine anyone being annoyed if they introduced one tomorrow.
It has so many advantages over MM which imho is just a nightmare in comparison.
DICE need to listen to the reams of feedback on these forums and help all the guys who can't even get into play the game.
BF2042 will not survive unless they bin off MM.
