Doesn't make ANY sense for me. I play BF since BF3, always and only on Playstation, and all these features were there, without any problems, and everything worked fine. How can it be so problematic now?
And, how do you come to the idea, that server browser is a pc method and MM a console method? As mentioned, I play on PS and Server browser is the only thing which makes sense for me.
Eventually, something like in the BF V would also be acceptable for me, where you basically can choose any game mode you wish (from all available all the time, not 3 od 4 in some weard weekly rotation), and the game finds a server to play it. But, the servers HAVE TO be persistent- I don't want to start from the menu after each game.
I still can't believe, what a piece of crap did they developed and sell to us with this MM. Never again.
Yeah it doesn't make any sense to me either, imho the lack of a server browser / persistent servers has been a massive retrograde step backwards for the BF franchise.
Life is way to short to spend so much time in a game lobby waiting to play.
Yesterday on several occasions I joined games that were almost over which is just a pain when you have to start it all over again.
Gaming is supposed to be fun and unfortunately that isn't possible at the moment.
I want to play certain maps but can't, I still haven't seen the reworked Kaleidoscope map yet because there is no map rotation.
Think how much wasted time we could get back if we could simply choose our server and play on it all day, seeing all maps in the process.
So no, I don't see any sense in forcing players to play the game this way and the sooner this gets sorted the better for us all, and for the good of the BF franchise.
