By the way, having watched the rest of the update on twitch, there are actually some interesting improvements.
two rounds per match is almost/nearly enough for me to try it out again. But still, more community based quality of life improvements would be a good thing. Perhaps season 4?

What the hell is wrong with you? What happened?
Managing my expectation on server browser? What expectation? The implementation of the server browser is ******* basic. There is none-zero-nada expectation about that. Only disappointment.
I think one reason is the senior DICE members who made older BF games have moved on to other studios (Embark Studios being one of the latest).
If it wasn't for portal I would have stopped playing long ago. CoD is matchmaking only and it killed the game for me. I'm to the point that if a game is matchmaking only I'm going to pass on it.
Portal could have been much bigger but it took way too allow full xp for anything outside of the official experiences. It still lacks in some areas but I don't think it will be updated to a point that people come back to it.
If DICE doesn't want to add the browser to AOW then add Breakthrough to portal so we can at least make our own games with the server browser there.
It's blatantly obvious just reading these posts just how much of an own goal DICE have scored by refusing to implement a Server Browser/ Persistent Servers in AOW.
It will do nothing for the good of BF2042 or future BF titles, imho MM is unacceptable and unworkable in a BF multiplayer game.
It's like they sitting in a nuclear shelter with fake windows, showing sunny beaches with palm trees where everybody is playing in the sand and are swimming with dolphins...how nice and relaxing...life is good. Just ignore the rest of the world.
