Add a server browser

@Raptor_i81 The state of this game in the Middle east servers is extremely bad. I’m saying this from my personal experience, the game is next to dead in our region.

We can’t play conquest, breakthrough, rush and team deathmatch basically all the game modes except the first conquest playlist which is the new seasonal map with some base game map rework. Exodus conquest can be played but only 2 maps keep on getting repeated Arica Harbour and Valparaiso. We can’t even find games in other regions because DICE won’t allow it and DICE won’t even add a server browser. How are we even supposed to play this game? 

Rush is my favourite gamemode but I have not played it even once on the Middle East servers since the game released because there’s no one playing it. 

This issue is not limited to the Middle east. Basically any region with a low player count experience similar issues. 
It is time DICE add a server browser otherwise whatever playerbase is left will also leave.
