DICE, please add a server browser. I cannot find matches in my region(India). I am just stuck on the waiting for players screen and the match never starts or there are only 20-30 players in a match. ...

Everyone, I think you’ll find that we’re not understanding how to use match making that’s the issue here.
EA/DICE I have been unable to log into your game since patches, a server browser would be a nice consolation prize for my wait!
To summarize this loooong and somewhat useless thread (in a perspective of EA/DICE dont have NO EARS!)

I will never preorder/buy ur game if it isnt concist any serverbrowser if MM is the only option again! Period!

Really hope you get up and running again soon.
A Server Browser with Persistent Servers to replace the current MM system is definitely a prize worth waiting for.
The sooner we get it the sooner we will all be able to get the best out of BF2042.

Well...to speak for myself....SB or not, i'm not gonna buy a game from this fallen company again. They totaly ruined my fun and gameplay what i had with this franchise.
It's almost 2 years and this game still is missing some much needed major components and fixes...unbelievable and unforgivable.
It is abundantly clear from the feedback on this mega thread that BF2042 and every future BF title needs a Server Browser / Persistent Servers to function properly.
It really brings it home to me when playing the Hourglass 24/7 single map mode, it makes no sense whatsoever to send all players back to the MM lobby to search again for exactly the same map. !
Imho MM has added an unnecessary layer of frustration and destroys all continuity, and forces players to spend way too much time in the lobby, time that could / should be spent actually playing.
The other major downside is that there are many players who cannot even get access to play due to lower player counts in their regions, surely that is not acceptable.
For the good of BF2042 and every BF going forward I call for MM to be replaced asap, imho it would massively improve the whole player experience, more than any other change they could make, and get the BF series back on the right track.
Play Portal if u want a server browser.
Portal is not a SB, it's a 1000% Hardcore Mil Sim only. Should be a propper SB with PS for all AOW game modes like every previous title of BF, Full Stop.

Totally agree with you, AOW needs a Server Browser / Persistent Servers.
MM simply doesn't cater for players needs and imho should be replaced asap so we can enjoy BF2042 to the full.It was so convenient in previous BF titles when were able to find server n map of our choice instead of waiting in the lobby.

It really was, and even more importantly you were able to stay on that server of choice and play through the whole map rotation. With the current MM system we can end up in the same map several times in a row.
I have said many times we spend way too much time in BF2042 going back / forth to the MM lobby, a proper Server Browser / Persistent Servers would solve all these issues.
