Add ability to lock vehicle doors in battlefield

Personally I find that the easiest workaround to the issue of blueberries taking over the driver seat and driving it into oblivion is to be the driver myself to give the vehicle a good position and then hope that the player who spawns on the gunner seat will be able to appreciate how I provided them with a great opportunity to rack kills.

@UP_Hawxxeye Sounds like a great solution to me. I'd be quite happy doing that myself. I used to play BFV with someone who did that in most matches, and it usually worked well.
