Add all BF3 and BF4 maps to 2042
We can play metro, Gulmon Railway and others while the 2042 maps get fixed. Just keeo the same mechanics for Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4, don't need to adjust vehicle spawns, or take away anythin...

@rop81 i mean sure maybe the maps would play better but the rest of the plethora of 2042 core issues would stay....
