Add attack helicopters and jets to Breakthrough

Removing attack helicopters is ruining the Breakthrough mode for me. Breakthrough was the last reason I had to play 2042 and now because of the restrictions on choppers, I am starting to get bored of...

@CodaciousMan I 100% agree. All the talk about removing and / or nerfing helicopters and condors is ridiculous

I would say add attack helos but no on nightbird and stealth until infantry has effective counters for them. Lis is a joke and nightbird can dodge fxm without flares

@Psubond The NTW-50 works really well. The stealth choppers have no health so they drop fast to anti-armor rounds. I've never had an issue with a stealth chopper I couldn't solve by shooting them down with anti-armor rounds or the 50-cal in the jeep. The jeep 50-cal is an underrated AA.

I use the jeep to shoot down hinds as well, the difference is the hinds usually barely get away. The stealth choppers just die.
