add support on FSR for AMD GPU

BF2042 is really bad compatible with AMD GPU, previously it compatible with 6xxx series , however recently i check radeon software, it have a !(yellow) which means it have compatible issue, what i guess the game have remove something that about the support performance on some AMD GPU which support since launched. whatever, i am asking the game support FSR for AMD GPU, it will boost the performace for all players who use AMD GPU.  it is not related with graph setting , i tried all setting from lower to high and auto.
