Add the stationary AA in all 2042 maps

@ForbiddenFrosty Even you can go to play COD instead of asking for another way to become toxic in the game to only get some free kills from a downed heli or jet

@kixz200Z No... sorry but just a couple people with AA missiles can effectively shut down helicopters. Even if they dont kill it they can force them away from the area to hide from the AA or repair.

Take angel and you have effectively unlimited AA missiles. The issue is lack of teamwork.

@IttybittyNugg3t I think the AA/Heli balance is fine as-is. I think the number of posts wanting to buff/nerf both sides is good proof that this is true.
