After starting matchmaking, the screen goes black and I'm returned to the lobby.
I am experiencing an issue where, upon starting matchmaking in the game, the screen goes black and after a few seconds, I am returned to the lobby without any screen movement.
This problem occurs in all game modes, including Conquest, Breakthrough, and PORTAL, and it happens quite frequently, approximately once every 20 attempts.
I am using a Ryzen 7 5800 CPU, an RTX 3070 GPU, and the game is stored on an NVMe-format extended SSD storage. I have tried multiple times to repair and reinstall the game, but the issue persists.
As a point of reference, the situation is similar to a Reddit post I came across, and I'm quite frustrated by this.
