AI Soldiers

Hi Guys,

Am i the only one who feel that AI soldiers are too powerful in a normal match? like I get scared of them sometimes more than a normal player. they shoot you from all over the map, sometimes they start shooting when there's no line of site (uncovering your hiding spot for normal players), and yes they have aimbot, sometimes you get 1 shoot by an AI soldier without even having the time to react. I just have no idea who came with this smart idea of AI soldiers filling up the servers (AI soldiers shouldn't be there at first place) and if DICE/Ripple Effect have to add them to fill up servers then just reduce their aimbot a bit.

Its really frustrating when you kill 5 normal players then get 1 shot by an aimbot AI, or while you're in a heli to end up your killstreak. They are too much of a distraction and too op imo, it ruins the fun, AI must be nerfed ...

    This might just be you mate.
    I think for most players, the AI is pretty harmless...

    For the most part they seem okay. But I will say that I have been on the receiving end of a tank round or an M5 round in a heli that most humans can't make. Makes me scratch my head.

    My favorite is when they have a GVT or the LCMG/PKP and just headshot you from 100m away lol

    You can turn their level up and down when you're setting up the match...make sure it's not set to the highest level maybe?

    I have seen those things on beginner setting for them. I would kind of expect it on the highest setting. Maybe. LOL

    Actually... i fought against The Hardest Difficulty against Ai in AoW...

    They are still more or less Normal yes a bunch of them could snipe even with their Tanks and AA against You but they are still easy.


    the only thing just annoying is that the Bots take down my Chopper with Tank rounds and Anti-Tank Rockets instead of using the Anti Air Vehicles and Anti Air Rocket launcher XD

    This is because the AI that fills up empty slots are on "default" difficulty setting. Which actually means "mixed". The AI bots will be spread between Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. You will run most of the time into a "Advanced" difficulty bot in AOW multiplayer which will indeed auto aim the hell out of you. Especially when you are flying a Helicopter and they shoot you out of the sky with a anti tank weapon. It looks ridiculous sometimes but I am not bothered by it to much. Although I understand your frustration.

    In portal mode you can select what kind of AI you want. PVE AI or PVP. Their standard setting will be default difficulty setting. But you can change this. Just like in Solo/Co Op. PVP AI on default setting is what Dice uses in AOW multiplayer. 


    Bro advice: If you do have AI in your team or you play Solo/Co Op always ask for Ammo and Health. Or aim at their vehicle and press the ping button and they will pick you up, even with a Condor (R1 on PS I don't know the others). At least this make them a little bit more bearable 🙂
