Don’t know what happend but since the 3.1 update my controllers are aiming all over the place. Till the point it’s unplayable on the ps4 pro and on my new xbox x. I always had a decent hit rate but know I cannot hit any thing. I have this feeling that I’am drunk while playing it feels as if there is a constant lag between my input and what is happening on screen. The fun is totally gone.

Yeah, DICE brought back the aim resist. Slowdown bubble is larger than player model; it takes an unintuitive amount of input force to push through the bubble and get on target.
I am sorry but the question is not if pc players are better. There are genuinely rightfully complaints about that after patch 3.1 the aiming is worst then before. Even my son who has hitrates on ps4pro that are jaw dropping is complaining that the game is weird. So there is something going on.
